These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SpectrumNest mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by SpectrumNest LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is intended for parents, guardians, and caregivers of children with special needs. You may not use the Service on behalf of a child directly.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@spectrumnest.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
SpectrumNest offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

SpectrumNest includes AI-generated summaries and insights. These are informational tools only and do not constitute medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions about your child's care.
All content, design, and software comprising the Service is owned by SpectrumNest LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. SpectrumNest is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpectrumNest LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
